The touch screen is installed in the bus station by Yahoo
It is reported by foreign media, if you must take public bus from work everyday, that might be very boring when you wait the bus, especially when the weather isn’t good. When you are waiting for the car, it may help you send a little time to play games using portable devices such as cell phones or iPod touch. But you might not want to take out those equipment in the public. Yahoo recently flashes a novel idea that can let people play games free standing in the street and not showing their equipment.
Yahoo has installed 20 large touch screen game platform in the bus stations of San Francisco. The touch screen is interconnected together through network and it can provide four kinds of games altogether. People can be against with ones of other bus station, meanwhile they can also enjoy the fun of playing single-player alone.
This new game concept Yahoo has launched is named of "Yahoo! Bus Stop Derby". These four kinds of game that Yahoo provides in touch screen devices respectively is: "Snap – during the", "Chatter Scatter", "pult could – a -" and the "Incoming!". Yahoo will track on recording the highest scoring of every game and upload them to network, so that everyone can see the highest scoring record from Internet.
However, these touch screen of games is not installed within the bus station permanent and Yahoo will withdraw them in a period of time.
